An excellent Holsteiner stallion !   OCD free!!! Camposanto, provided with a lot of scope, was the jumping-index winner of the 100 days test for stallions in Neustadt/Dosse 1998 within 42 stallions He got the 10 for jumping ability, jumping a parcours, willingness to perform, character and from both foreign riders. . We won young horses classes up to 1.30 and was successfully attending at the Bundeschampionat. He also won 1.40 classes. When he was 6 he had to finish his sport career because he hurt himself. In 2001 he had the most expensive foal at the auction in Munich. These mare meanwhile could win young horses classes up to 1.30 and has been sold to the Emirates in 2008. With her new rider she was already successful on an international competition in Paris. Only some of his offsprings are old enough to perform but are very successful in young horses competitions up to marks like 8,3. Cluster, bred by us, was attending at the Bundeschampionat 2008. Two stallions won the 70 days test for young stallions. One of them was sold to an international dressage stable in Germany , one to an international jumping rider in Chile. A lot of his offsprings have been very successful in freejumping competitions, too. Some got marks up to 9,8 for their scope. One of them won the Southgerman Championship with 9,2, one of them the freejumping championship of Sachsen/Thüringen (out of 200 horses) Camposanto´s offsprings have also excellent riding abilities, willingness to perform, and correct movements. More info Info about CAMPOSANTO's OFFSPRING His father Carthago Z was the leading stallion of the young breeding stallions in 1997 with a "Zuchtwert" of 182. In the last years he was always one of the top leading jumping stallions for breeding. For 5 years Carthago Z has been ridden very successful by Jos Lansink (Worldcup, Olympic, World Championship) Camposanto´s motherline by Landgraf-Fabulus-Roman makes his pedigree even more precious: the offsprings of Landgraf I already won about 4,5 Mill. Euro and so Landgraf I will stay the most successful breeding stallion for the next years in Germany. In the 3rd generation you can find other important stallions like Fabulus by Fax I (out of an Anglo-Araber mother), whose son Farn from the Netherlands (father of the top - stallion Nimmerdor) was very successful, too. In the 4th generation there are stallions like the DLG-Stallion Roman by Ramzes x, who was one of the important jumping stallions in the 70th. (i.E. Romano/M. Rüping, Rocca/L. Gössing, Risiko/K.
